Taking the Batteries Out of a CO Detector or a Smoke Alarm Ranks Right Up There With Some of the Stupidest Things a Human Being Can Do

My Dad used to tell me that the stupidest thing a human being can do is run out of gas. Think about it – there is literally no excuse you can give for running out of gas in your car. My Dad was right. However – I’m starting the think that taking the batteries out of a CO detector or a smoke detector THAT IS ALARMING – ranks right up there with running out of gas or eating those very frozen, slightly off-color Totinos  your roommate found at the back of the freezer.
